10:30 a.m. Airport Update
December 20, 2012
Due to low visibility in the Chicago area, airlines at O’Hare
International Airport are reporting delays of 20 minutes or more
for in/outbound flights. Some flights to regional destinations
are delayed more than two hours. Airlines have canceled more
than 150 flights primarily due to weather.
At Midway, airlines report minor delays and more than 30
cancellations.
Passengers traveling today, and those picking up passengers,
should check their airline’s web site for flight status.
The next airport update will be emailed and recorded on the
media line today between 1:30 p.m. and 1:45 p.m.
Thank you.
