1:30 p.m. Airport update
December 20, 2012
Due to low visibility in the Chicago area, airlines at O’Hare International Airport are reporting delays of between 30 to 90 minutes for in/outbound flights. Airlines at O’Hare have canceled more than 200 flights primarily due to weather.
At Midway, airlines report minor delays and more than 150 cancellations. Southwest Airlines has canceled all flights after 4 p.m. today.
Passengers traveling today, and those picking up passengers, should check their airline’s web site for flight status.
The next airport update will be emailed and recorded on the media line today between 3:30 p.m. and 3:45 p.m.
