BETHESDA, Md., Dec. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- DiamondRock Hospitality Company
(the "Company") (NYSE: DRH) today announced that its Board of Directors
declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share to stockholders of record as
of December 31, 2012. The dividend will be paid on January 10, 2013.
