Boudreau, a 25-year veteran of the financial services industry, will be responsible for driving the business strategy and sales for Boston Financial's Proxy Solutions business. In her new role, she will report to Rich Ahl, Chief Operating Officer of Boston Financial, and work closely with the sales organization headed up by Mike Tobin, head of sales for Boston Financial and DST Systems. Boudreau also worked at First Data Corporation where she marketed the Proxy Advantage product and oversaw sales.
