BOSTON, Dec. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Bond and
Option Strategies Fund (NYSE: EXD) (the "Fund"), a closed-end management
investment company, today declared its quarterly distribution of $0.425 per
common share. The distribution is expected to be paid on January 2, 2013, to
