FRAMINGHAM, Mass. & BETHESDA, Md. -- December 14, 2012

Stanley Healthcare Solutions and GetWellNetwork, Inc.^® today announced that
they have integrated Stanley Healthcare’s Real-Time Location System (RTLS)
with GetWellNetwork’s Interactive Patient Care™ solution. The combined
solution helps healthcare organizations keep patients and their families
informed and secure by identifying caregivers that enter patient rooms and
tracking when they visited. The integration has already been successfully
deployed at Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel and is being deployed in other
leading hospitals.

“Keeping patients and their families informed while in our hospital is
absolutely vital to providing a positive patient experience and facilitating
the best possible outcomes,” said Brian Adams, Chief Executive Officer of
Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel. “The information from the combined Stanley
Healthcare and GetWellNetwork solution is much more accessible and timely for
our customers than traditional paper or whiteboard methods, and it helps
improve both patient satisfaction and security.”

GetWellNetwork provides patient engagement solutions that help healthcare
providers engage, educate and empower patients along the care continuum. Its
patient-centered platform uses mobile devices, computers and televisions to
enable providers to implement an Interactive Patient Care™ delivery model that
improves performance and patient outcomes. Through its recent acquisition of
AeroScout, Stanley Healthcare is a leader in Wi-Fi RTLS, providing solutions
for tracking the real-time location, status and condition of healthcare staff,
patients and assets, via standard Wi-Fi networks. Thanks to the integration of
the two solutions, when a clinician that is being tracked enters a patient
room, the clinician’s photo, name and role are displayed on a video monitor
running the Interactive Patient Care solution.

“The integrated GetWellNetwork and Stanley Healthcare solution provides a new
level of security, information and peace-of-mind to patients and their
families,” said Michael O’Neil Jr., Founder and Chief Executive Officer of
GetWellNetwork, Inc. “The deployment at Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel is the
first integration of RTLS with our patient engagement solution and illustrates
the openness and collaboration required of technology providers to make
healthcare better for patients.”

How It Works

Clinicians wear Stanley Healthcare Wi-Fi RFID Tags that recognize who they are
and signal when they enter and exit patient rooms. The specific caregiver’s
name and photo, along with information about his or her role, are then
displayed on the patient’s in-room video monitor. This makes it easy for the
patient and family to know who is in the room and to verify the identity and
function of the caregiver.

The information is also recorded so that the patient’s family can look back to
see when caregivers visited. For example, using the combined solution, a
family member could check to see if the doctor has visited yet or see the last
time a clinician checked in on their loved one. This reduces confusion and
ambiguity with patients’ families.

“Many healthcare organizations around the world use our solutions for staff
and asset tracking, patient flow and environmental monitoring, and the
implementation at Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel shows yet another example of
the value of RTLS,” said Scott McFarland, Vice President of Sales at Stanley
Healthcare Solutions. “Together with GetWellNetwork, we are helping improve
the patient experience and satisfaction at Wesley Chapel and other leading
healthcare organizations.”
