Capgemini Appoints Natarajan (Nat) Radhakrishnan as Senior Vice
Capgemini, one of the world's foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services, announced the appointment of Natarajan Radhakrishnan - Senior Vice President and Offshore Head, Capgemini Consulting. The appointment is part of Capgemini's strategy to strengthen its commitment in Indian market for offshore consulting.
With over 23 years' experience, including 15 years in Consulting, Nat will be responsible for building offshore capabilities for a Global Consulting execution model at Capgemini. Prior to joining Capgemini, he was Offshore Leader for Cognizant Business Consulting (CBC) practice.

Nat was instrumental in setting up the Cognizant consulting practice with a strong focus on domain expertise. He is credited with pioneering a unique global execution model for Consulting when the conventional wisdom was focussed on proximity delivery of consulting services. The model leveraged the power of offshore talent and offered faster time to market. Nat led and implemented a consulting career model, promulgated consulting methodologies and developed industry flavoured service offerings
He has also worked with CSFB group and Deutsche Bank group and has spent 7 years in Investment Banking, prior to his career in IT. He has an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and also holds a CFA degree. He is also a member of the National Advisory Committee of the "Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment" promoted by the members of the London Stock Exchange.
