The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW) has declared a dividend of 32 cents per
share, payable January 30, 2013, to shareholders of record on December 31,
This marks the 405^th consecutive cash dividend issued by the Company. Dow has
paid its shareholders cash dividends every quarter since 1912.
