NEW YORK -- December 13, 2012

PubMatic (www.pubmatic.com), the digital media platform company for
publishers, today announced that Shrirang Bapat had joined the company as VP
of Engineering. Bapat will be focused on scaling engineering processes for
rapid product development and enhancing customer service.

Prior to PubMatic, Shrirang had been the global head of R&D for OSS Division
and head of product operations for India for Amdocs. Under his leadership,
Shrirang’s Amdocs team grew multifold to be one of the top engineering teams
in the company. Shrirang was a member of the Amdocs Innovation Board and the
executive sponsor of the Innovation Program at Amdocs India and Amdocs Open
Innovation Program working with technical and business universities around the
world.

Shrirang also worked for Tata Consultancy Services for many years in different
roles including as a founder and lead for their Mobile Computing and product
R&D services. He has over 20 years of experience in software product
development, professional services, general management, R&D operations,
presales and technology partnerships. His global experience includes work in
Israel, the UK, the US and India.
