  Dow Amends Quarterly Dividend Record and Payment Dates

MIDLAND, Mich. -- December 13, 2012

The Dow Chemical Company’s (NYSE: DOW) Board of Directors has approved an
amendment to the record and payment dates of the Company’s regular quarterly
dividend announced earlier today. The quarterly dividend of 32 cents per share
is now payable on December 31, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of
business on December 24, 2012. The dividend was previously scheduled to be
paid on January 30, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on
December 31, 2012.
