"Company") (NYSE: JNY) today announced the promotion of Aida Tejero-DeColli to
the newly created position of Chief People Officer, effective immediately. In
this elevated role, Aida will continue to lead all efforts supporting Human
Resources activities at Jones including, talent acquisition and management,
training and development, and associate compensation, benefit and recognition
programs. She will continue to report to Wesley R. Card, Chief Executive
Officer of The Jones Group.

Ms. Tejero-DeColli began her career with The Jones Group in August 1994 as
Director of Human Resources and most recently served as Executive Vice
President of Human Resources. Prior to joining the Company, she held several

from the University of Miami, MS from St. Thomas University and JD from
Georgia State University.
