DALLAS -- December 11, 2012

Entercoms, Inc. (Entercoms), a provider of aftermarket supply chain services,
today named Michael Smith as chief commercial officer. He brings more than two
decades of experience to the company after serving in leadership roles with
Foxconn and Motorola. In his new role, Smith will be responsible for
commercial strategy and development in marketing, sales, product development
and customer service, as the company seeks to drive business growth and expand
market share.

“Michael’s breadth and depth of knowledge with some of the industry’s most
respected names is a tremendous asset to the Entercoms team and our
customers,” said Nitin Ahuja, chairman and CEO of Entercoms. “His track record
for success speaks volumes about his talents and abilities, and we look
forward to benefitting from his contributions as we continue to develop the
Entercoms brand in target markets across the globe.”

Previously, Smith was vice president and general manager of aftermarket
services for Foxconn International Holdings (FIH), where he was responsible
for operational transformation and execution of the new business model. During
his tenure, FIH aftermarket services improved profitability and increased
efficiencies, while dramatically enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
scores.

He previously served as a vice president and general manager for FIH’s Mexico
manufacturing and distribution plant after its acquisition from Motorola.
Smith began his career at Motorola, working in a variety of operations,
engineering and plant management capacities. He ultimately became director and
general manager of the North America cellular phone manufacturing plant in
Mexico, consistently exceeding operations improvement targets.

“Entercoms has a proven track record of success and innovation, which presents
an excellent opportunity for growth in the aftermarket services supply chain
arena,” said Smith. “I’m excited to be a part of this ambitious team. We offer
a unique combination of predictive analytics and scientific methodology to the
aftermarket supply chain that is unlike anything in the industry. I’m
confident that Entercoms will redefine what our customers have come to expect
from their service organization.”

Smith earned his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in electrical engineering
from the University of South Florida.
