  Zamansky & Associates Announces That Lehman Structured Noteholders May Not
  Be Protected By The Class Action Against UBS

Business Wire

NEW YORK -- December 11, 2012

Zamansky & Associates have analyzed the class action case pending in New York
against UBS for the sale of Lehman Brothers Structured Products and announces
that all noteholders may not be covered by the class action.

The Court has ruled that 50 different types of UBS-Underwritten Lehman
Brothers Structured Notes may not participate in the class action and would
not be entitled to their share of any settlement, should one be reached.

If you wish to find out if your Lehman Note sold by UBS is included in the
class action, please contact us.

You may be able to be excluded from the class action and pursue your own
recovery against UBS in a FINRA arbitration case.
