ST. LOUIS, Dec. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Bud Light – the official beer sponsor
of the NFL – announced today the Bud Light Hotel will be opening its doors in
New Orleans for Super Bowl XLVII.

From Thursday, January 31, through Sunday, February 3, Bud Light will
transform a 200-room downtown New Orleans hotel into the ultimate fan
experience and home of the hottest parties and events during Super Bowl week.
More than 3,000 man hours will be spent hanging pipe and drape, installing
lighting, replacing furniture and converting an adjacent parking lot into a
34,000 square feet concert tent. Even the smallest hotel details and amenities
– 550 hand towels, 250 pillows and 1,500 shampoos – will be Bud Light-branded.

The excitement will all kick off on Thursday, January 31, with the return of
the EA SPORTS™ Madden Bowl to this year's Bud Light Hotel. The EA SPORTS
Madden Bowl gives NFL players and celebrities a chance to go head-to-head on
EA's latest edition of Madden NFL. Past winners of the EA SPORTS Madden Bowl
trophy include Drew Brees, Tim Tebow and Maurice Jones-Drew.

"Bud Light Hotel has established itself as the premier destination for parties
and events Super Bowl week, and we're raising the bar once again this year,"
said Mike Sundet, vice president, Bud Light. "With Madden Bowl kicking off
the weekend and a few surprises still to come, guests will be hard-pressed to
find a better line-up of parties."

For the second consecutive year, Bud Light is conducting an open casting call
that will give one Facebook fan the opportunity of a lifetime: a chance to
become the official Bud Light Hotel Facebook Correspondent. Applicants can
submit their videos on the Bud Light Facebook page and let fans "like" their
favorite videos through a special tab. The successful candidate will receive a
salary to appear in a series of exclusive videos from the Bud Light Hotel that
will air on the brand's Facebook and YouTube pages.

Now through January 18, 2013, adult fans can also enter to win a trip for four
to stay at the Bud Light Hotel and attend Super Bowl XLVII through the "Bud
Light Super Bowl Experience at Bud Light Hotel New Orleans" tab on the Bud
Light Facebook page. Fans can also enter by scanning QR codes on and
at-retail promotional materials. Tickets to Bud Light Hotel events are invite
only, and adult fans will have the opportunity to win tickets through various
promotions in the New Orleans area throughout January.
