BURGER KING(R) Sets the Table for Menu Expansion in Canada 
Chicken Wraps, Chicken Strips, Smoothies and Frappes creating a stir
at the HOME OF THE WHOPPER(R) 
TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/06/12 -- Burger King Worldwide
(NYSE:BKW) today announces plans to begin rolling out a substantially
expanded menu in Canada; designed to give hungry consumers more
reasons to visit their local BURGER KING(R) restaurant more often.
The menu expansion begins with the introduction of new Chicken Wraps,
Chicken Strips, Strawberry Banana Smoothies and Mocha and Caramel
Frappes. The great-tasting items are being featured nationally; many
on newly installed electronic menu boards that will facilitate
further menu expansion in the coming months.  
"Canadian consumers consistently recognize the WHOPPER(R) as an
outstanding burger, and it is a huge part of the BURGER KING(R)

build on this success by introducing a more complete range of menu
options that will give new and returning guests more reasons to
visit."  
The new BURGER KING(R) Chicken Wraps are freshly prepared with crispy
seasoned chicken and fresh iceberg lettuce, topped with a 3-cheese
blend and a choice of Ranch or BBQ sauce - all wrapped up in a flour
tortilla.  
The new Chicken Strips are made with seasoned white meat, marinated
and lightly battered in a home-style breading. They are perfect for
dipping into one of our delicious sauces, including sweet and sour,
barbecue, zesty, buffalo and honey mustard. 
The BK(R) Strawberry Banana Smoothies, made with chunks of real
fruit, yogurt and freshly blended to order, are a perfect morning or
mid-afternoon snack. They are available in a snack size, small,
medium and large. New flavours of real fruit smoothies are scheduled
to be introduced in early 2013.  
The new BURGER KING(R) Mocha and Caramel Frappes are the perfect
combination of sweet flavours, a hint of coffee, and ice, all topped
with whipped topping and a swirl of chocolate or caramel. They are
available in three sizes (small, medium and large).
