NEW YORK -- December 03, 2012

SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG) announced today that it has acquired the
non-performing mortgage loan secured by the property at 315 Park Avenue South,
New York, NY.

315 Park Avenue South is a 20-story 320,000 sq. ft. office property located on
the northwest corner of Park Avenue South and 24th Street in Manhattan. Credit
Suisse leases substantially all of 315 Park Avenue South as part of that
firm’s Midtown South office campus.
