NEW YORK -- November 28, 2012

Capgemini, one of the world’s foremost providers of consulting, technology and
outsourcing services, announced today that its North America business will
provide customers expanded support for delivery of SAP® applications on the
Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform. Capgemini has used AWS to launch the Test
Drive program for SAP solutions, providing its customers with the ability to
quickly and easily launch SAP-solution based environments on AWS and realize
the benefits of SAP software on AWS, backed by the depth of Capgemini managed
services.

The Test Drive program provides customers with access to AWS infrastructure
and SAP solutions that are pre-configured, enabling customers to test their
capability. Each Test Drive lab includes complimentary AWS server time and is
provisioned to customers in minutes. Customers can quickly evaluate and
explore pre-built images of the SAP Afaria® mobile device management solution,
the SAP HANA® platform and SAP Business Suite software. Capgemini can then
quickly convert this rapid evaluation environment to a customer
proof-of-concept for development or test, with an SAP community-based support
model. This program will allow Capgemini to help a wide range of firms
including larger enterprises, startups and ISVs to evaluate, and in some cases
deploy, their SAP applications on AWS infrastructure quickly, while providing
customers with enhanced services to operate and monitor the solutions. This
can dramatically reduce the time-to-value and infrastructure costs for
customers operating SAP environments.

“Our customers realize that to remain competitive in an increasingly dynamic
market, they have to be agile, cost-effective and innovative, and we
continually strive to provide them with that edge,” said Joe Coyle, vice
president and North American chief technology officer, Capgemini. “Our
relationship with SAP and AWS enables Capgemini to offer customers the
enhanced agility and economics of the cloud, providing faster time to value
for customers evaluating and deploying SAP solutions.”

Capgemini also announced the creation of an AWS Center of Excellence within
Capgemini that will provide enterprise customers with a central source for
continued innovation with SAP applications on AWS.

“Capgemini has been a long term, innovative APN Consulting Partner in the AWS
Partner Network,” said Terry Wise, head of Global Partner Ecosystem, Amazon
Web Services. “Their experience in supporting global enterprise deployments of
solutions on AWS and in managing SAP software on AWS provides enterprise
customers a rapid and seamless path from evaluation to production.”
