Kathy Hyett Takes on Role as Chairwoman

has named Gloria Janata president and senior partner. Kathy Hyett, the former
president of the award-winning global healthcare communications agency, has
been elevated to the role of chairwoman.

Janata will focus on expanding the strategic vision for the firm, including
key growth areas such as health technology, consumer health, wellness and
beauty. The TogoRun leadership team will report to Janata, and she will have
responsibility for operations across the global network. She will report to
Robert Dowling, president of Fleishman-Hillard's U.S. East region.

Janata joins TogoRun from Cohn & Wolfe, where she was executive vice president
and managing director of client strategy and services and global head of
health, wellness and beauty. Previously, she spent more than 15 years at
Chandler Chicco Companies, where her leadership roles included the first head
of Biosector2 and co-managing director of Chandler Chicco Agency's NY office.
She also led the firm's largest and longest-standing global accounts,
including Bayer Biologicals and Allergan, and worked on leading pharmaceutical
brands such as Allergan's BOTOX^® and LATISSE^®, Pfizer's Celebrex^® and
Zoloft^® and Amgen's Aranesp^®. In these roles, she led teams responsible for
winning more than 200 industry awards.

Janata's 25 years of healthcare experience include serving as senior vice
president of the Children's Health Fund (CHF), which helped establish the
Child Health Insurance Program and supported national antismoking initiatives.
She continues to serve CHF as a founding member of its corporate council and
longstanding member of its advisory board. She is a licensed attorney and has
experience in the public sector and on Capitol Hill, working at such firms as
the Close Up Foundation, Hill & Knowlton and APCO. She is a cum laude graduate
of Fordham University and received her Juris Doctorate from the Washington
College of Law at American University.
