EUR 8,500,000 Credit Linked Notes due 2013 Referencing iTraxx Europe (Series
9)  (ISIN Code: XS0641052302) (the "Notes")

 

 

Date of Announcement: 28/11/2012

 

Announcement of Delisting:

The Issuer hereby gives notice of the cancellation of the entire EUR 8,500,000
of the outstanding Notes.  These have been repurchased from the current
Noteholder, by the Issuer and will be cancelled on Friday 30^th November 2012.
The Issuer has requested the Irish Stock Exchange to remove the Notes,
detailed above, from the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange.

 

 

This delisting will be effective Friday 30^th November 2012.
