Annual Award Highlights Innovative Use of Supply Chain Software to Drive
Improved Supply Chain Efficiency and Customer Service

ATLANTA -- November 27, 2012

Logility Inc., a leading supplier of collaborative solutions to optimize the
supply chain, today announced KGP Logistics, one of the country's largest
single-source value-added suppliers of supply chain services, communications
equipment and integrated solutions to the telecommunications industry,
received the “Sailing to New Heights with Logility” award. Presented at
Logility’s Connections 2012, the award recognizes a company who has
demonstrated exceptional innovation in its effort to implement a collaborative
supply chain process that significantly improves operations. Photos can be
found at www.logility.com/sails. Previous winners include Verizon Wireless,
Sigma Aldrich, Nutra Manufacturing, and Intertape Polymer Group.

KGP Logistics’ primary challenge was to accurately forecast its product sales,
manage inventory targets and optimize supply plans to achieve customer service
levels while accelerating inventory turns. KGP Logistics was also challenged
with the post-acquisition integration of two companies which generated a
highly complex supply chain network with multiple inventory replenishment and
purchasing processes. The company realized it needed to take advantage of the
advanced supply chain optimization capabilities of Logility Voyager Solutions™
to achieve its business goals and create ongoing value for its growing
customer and supplier network.

“Logility Voyager Solutions helps us segment our customer demand and forecasts
at meaningful levels ranging from the highest levels of aggregation to the
lowest levels of granularity,” said Nicole Pemberton, director of procurement
and inventory management, KGP Logistics. “Logility’s flexibility allows us to
more closely collaborate with our internal team as well as external customers
and suppliers resulting in actionable intelligence we can now incorporate into
forecasts, inventory and supply plans. We are honored to be recognized for the
outstanding achievements of our entire supply chain team.”

At KGP Logistics the results driven by the Logility Voyager Solutions
implementation have been significant. In the six months since completing the
final phase of implementation, KGP Logistics achieved several percentage
points of improvement in MAPE (mean absolute percent error) forecast accuracy
at an item / location level and a 25 percent reduction in forecast to actual
demand value variance.

“We congratulate the KGP Logistics supply chain team on their achievements and
are honored to work closely with them to provide a more efficient and
effective supply chain platform that will support their business today and
well into the future,” said Mike Edenfield, president and CEO, Logility. “The
Sailing to New Heights with Logility Award is our highest customer recognition
and KGP Logistics has shown through its innovative use of Logility Voyager
Solutions how the supply chain can reduce costs through improved forecast
accuracy, better inventory utilization and optimized supply planning while
improving customer service.”

Recognized industry-wide for its rapid implementation, quick ROI and
ease-of-use, Logility Voyager Solutions is a comprehensive supply chain
management solution suite which features performance monitoring capabilities
to increase supply chain visibility and operational efficiency in key areas
including demand, inventory and replenishment planning, sales and operations
planning (S&OP), manufacturing planning and scheduling, supply and inventory
