DENVER, Nov. 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --FusionPharm, Inc. (OTC: FSPM), the
developer of the patent pending PharmPods(TM) hydroponic cultivation system,
today announced that it has signed a licensing agreement with Colorado based
Meadpoint Venture Partners to market the PharmPod High Intensity line of
controlled environment agriculture containers. PharmPod High Intensity
containers utilize High Intensity Discharge (HID) and/or High Pressure Sodium
(HPS) lighting systems to achieve outstanding results with fruiting and
flowering plants.

An initial order for 8 PharmPod High Intensity containers was received from
Meadpoint on November 19^th with minimum purchase quantities of 50 containers
in both 2013 and 2014.
