Aqua America, Inc. (NYSE: WTR) announced today that its Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer Nicholas DeBenedictis will present an overview of the state
of the company and the drinking water and wastewater industries at the New
York Society of Security Analysts’ (NYSSA) 16th Annual Water Industry Investor
Conference in New York City on December 6 at approximately 9:45 a.m. Eastern
Standard Time.

The company will host a live audio webcast of DeBenedictis’ presentation from

www.aquaamerica.com. An archived rebroadcast will be available on the
