Publication of updated Euro Note Programme Prospectus

 

The following prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and  is 
available for viewing:

 

Prospectus dated 20 November  2012 (the "Prospectus")  relating to the  annual 
update by Aviva plc (the "Issuer")  of its £5,000,000,000 Euro Note  Programme 
including a guarantee in respect of guaranteed senior notes provided by  Aviva 
Insurance Limited. The programme enables the Issuer to issue debt  instruments 
including a range of hybrid securities.
