local non-profit initiative, today announced plans for its annual FeedingNYC
event on November 20th, 2012. On this day, LivePerson employees and over 300
FeedingNYC volunteers will pack and hand-deliver Thanksgiving meals to
thousands of sheltered families in New York City's five boroughs.

Each year for the past eleven years, in the days leading up to Thanksgiving,
volunteers of FeedingNYC and friends and family of its premier sponsor
LivePerson, gather to package and load complete Thanksgiving-day meals, which
are then hand-delivered to shelters throughout the city. The shelters include
those partnered with the Domestic Violence Police Program, Women in Need and
City Harvest. To date, more than 22,000 Thanksgiving meals have been
distributed to families facing hunger during the holiday season.

This year, FeedingNYC will be headquartered at Moynihan Station in Midtown
Manhattan. Volunteers will begin packing boxes at 9AM and teams will start
delivering to shelters on the afternoon of November 20th. FlatRate Moving® is
partnering with FeedingNYC to distribute the meals, and once the FlatRate
Moving® trucks are loaded, the teams will deliver meals to shelters around New
York City throughout the day. With the generous support of Moynihan Station,
FlatRate Moving®, Manhattan Mini Storage, Wegman's, Robin Hood Foundation, and
Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, FeedingNYC will feed more than 3,700
disadvantaged families this year.
