Crawshaw Group plc (the "Company") (AIM: CRAW), announces that on 19  November 
2012 it  received  notification  that, following  the  disposal  of  1,250,000 
ordinary shares of 5p each in  the capital of the Company ("Ordinary  Shares") 
on 16 November 2012, Schroders plc  now has an indirect interest,  represented 
by shares held in portfolios managed  on a discretionary basis for clients  of 
Schroder  Investment  Management  Limited,   in  6,889,043  Ordinary   Shares, 
representing 11.915% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of
the Company.
