TripAdvisor Chief Financial Officer Brings Financial and Technology Expertise
to Rapidly Growing Online Retailer of Home Products

BOSTON, Nov. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --Wayfair.com, the largest online retailer
of home furnishings, announced today the appointment of Julie M.B. Bradley to
the company's board of directors. As senior vice president and chief financial
officer for TripAdvisor (NASDAQ: TRIP), Bradley brings extensive financial
expertise and more than a decade of technology leadership to the Wayfair.com

Throughout her career, Bradley has held executive financial leadership roles
at high growth technology companies, including Art Technology Group, Inc.
(acquired by Oracle in 2010) and Akamai Technologies, Inc. Her leadership of
financial operations for highly successful technology companies as well as her
current role at TripAdvisor position Bradley as an ideal addition to
Wayfair.com's board.

Prior to joining TripAdvisor in October 2011, Bradley served as senior vice
president, chief financial officer, treasurer and secretary of e-commerce
software solutions and services provider Art Technology Group, Inc. from 2005
to 2011. Prior to joining Art Technology Group, Bradley served in various
financial leadership roles at Akamai Technologies, Inc. from 2000 to 2005,
most recently serving as vice president of finance. Bradley currently serves
as a board member for ExactTarget and as a member of the Board of Trustees of
The Judge Baker's Children's Center. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in
Economics from Wheaton College and is a certified public accountant.
