The Company announces  that on 12  November 2012, the  following director  and 
PDMRs purchased  the number  of shares  (partnership shares)  set out  against 
their names below and  were allocated the number  of free matching shares  set 
out below under the Company's Share Incentive Plan ('SIP'):

The partnership shares were purchased at the price of £6.5150 per share.

 

The Company received notification of this transaction from the trustees of the
SIP on 14 November 2012.

 

In accordance with the rules of the SIP, the matching shares have been awarded
on the basis of one matching share for each partnership share purchased.

 

The matching shares will vest on the  3^rd anniversary of the purchase of  the 
partnership shares subject to  continued employment and  the retention of  the 
underlying partnership shares.

 

This notification is made pursuant to  the requirements of the Disclosure  and 
Transparency Rule 3.1.4R.
