MicroVision, Inc. (NASDAQ: MVIS), a leader in innovative ultra-miniature
projection display technology, today announced that it has been selected as a
2012-2013 constituent of the Ocean Tomo 300 Patent Index, the industry’s first
index based on the value of intellectual property (IP). This is the second
consecutive year that MicroVision has been included in the Ocean Tomo 300
Patent Index.

MicroVision’s extensive and highly-rated patent portfolio is the largest,
broadest and earliest filed laser pico projection and display portfolio and
includes applications such as automotive head-up display, range finding,
portable media devices and image capture applications. The company’s patent
portfolio consists of more than 500 issued, pending and licensed patents
worldwide.
