Increase of capital for Nordea Eiendomskreditt AS

We refer to our announcement on 7 November regarding the board of directors
proposal to increase the capital of Nordea Eiendomskreditt AS. The general
assembly has today decided to

increase the capital by NOK 1,600,000,000 in accordance with the proposal from
the board. The plan is to register the capital increase with the Business
Register before year-end.

After the capital increase, Nordea Eiendomskreditt AS will have a share
capital of NOK 1,686,989,590 divided into 15,336,269  shares, each of a
nominal value of NOK 110 . The capital increase and

appurtenant amendment of the articles of association are subject to the
approval of the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority.
