Fitch Ratings assigns the following ratings to the puttable floating option
tax-exempts receipts (P-FLOATs) of the Merrill Lynch P-FLOATs Series MT Trust
BOA listed below:

--Series MT-825 P-FLOATs--'AAA/F1', Stable Outlook.

The long-term 'AAA', Stable Outlook rating assigned to the MT-825 P-FLOATS is
based on the rating that Fitch has assigned to New York City Transitional
Finance Authority Future Tax Secured Bonds Fiscal 2012 Series F, Subseries F-1
Tax-Exempt Subordinate Bonds (rated, 'AAA', Stable Outlook) that have been
deposited in the Series MT-825 trust.

The 'F1' short-term rating assigned to the P-FLOATs is based on the liquidity
facility provided by Bank of America, National Association (rated 'A/F1',
Stable Outlook). The short-term rating will expire on Oct. 15, 2013, unless
such date is extended, or any prior termination of the liquidity facility.
