Allen was formally the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of JD Edwards (acquired by Oracle, Inc.). He also previously served on the Board of Directors of RightNow Technologies (acquired by Oracle, Inc.), AdvancedMD (acquired by ADP), Red Prairie, WTS, Inc. (acquired by Velocity), and HireRight, Inc. Allen is currently a board member with Quantros, Inc., Insight Enterprise, Inc., and Therapeutic Research Center.
