DIRECTORATE CHANGE

As announced on 13 September, Bill Caplan will be leaving the Group in 2013.
Accordingly, Aggreko plc announces that on 13 November 2012 he stepped down
from the board of the company. He will continue to assist in a number of
business initiatives and the transition to the new structure through until the
end of the year.
