SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- November 13, 2012

OpenJaw Technologies, a leading online technology partner of the world’s
biggest travel brands, today announced that South African airline, kulula.com,
has selected the OpenJaw t-Retail Platform to power its online retailing
strategy. The airline’s website, kulula.com, is the largest online travel
retailer in South Africa. It uses the t-Retail Platform to inspire its
customers and sell a variety of high value ancillaries, such as hotel, car and
vacation packages to its loyal passengers. As a result, kulula now avails of a
full range of retailing strategies that add value and drive revenue.

The t-Retail Platform enables kulula customers to enjoy an engaging shopping
experience, whereby they can browse a compelling collection of travel products
and seamlessly book in a single check out.

A number of effective retailing strategies ensure that the airline maximises
the value of the shopping cart, such as the powerful Combine and Save
strategy. Now customers can create their own unique vacation packages or
“combos” of flights plus accommodation and car rental. Customers can
immediately see how much they have saved than if they had separately booked
each trip component.

“With most people visiting kulula.com to purchase air tickets, we saw a
significant opportunity to increase revenues and sales volumes by offering
more products, and employing proper retailing techniques,” said Iain Meaker,
Executive - Travel & Distribution at kulula.com. “Given OpenJaw’s commitment
to travel retailing and the robust capabilities of the t-Retail Platform,
OpenJaw was the obvious technology partner to power our retailing strategy.”

“From a website that is the largest online retailer in South Africa, to a fun
and avant garde brand that carves a differentiated position in the market,
kulula is one of the world leaders when it comes to travel retailing,” said
Kieron Branagan, CEO, OpenJaw Technologies. “We are delighted to help continue
to grow their strategy with the t-Retail Platform.”

OpenJaw provides kulula.com with the t-Retail Platform as a Managed Service.
On-going service success is monitored and evaluated by OpenJaw’s Managed
Services Business Division to ensure optimal conversion rates.

The service is now live at www.kulula.com.
