New Name Reflects Breadth of Company's Product and Solution Offerings Along
the Sensor Processing Chain

commercial, defense and intelligence applications, today announced that the
Company has changed its name to Mercury Systems, Inc.^™ to better reflect the
breadth and depth of its capabilities. The name change is effective
immediately and the company's common stock will continue to be listed on the
NASDAQ Stock Market and trade under its current ticker symbol: "MRCY." In
addition, the company adopted a new slogan, "Innovation That Matters^™,"

part of a complete rebranding campaign.
