Director/PDMR Shareholding - Replacement

 

The Company was notified on 13 November 2012 that on the same day, Martin
Towers, Chairman, purchased 75,000 shares at a price of 12.96p and that his
wife, Mrs Emma Towers purchased 130,000 shares at a price of 13.2533p via her
self-invested personal pension administered by Hargreaves Lansdown. Martin
Towers' beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is
707,356 ordinary shares of 1p each.
