Miranda Technologies, a Belden Brand, a global provider of integrated

broadcasters and multi-system operators, announces that Telecast Fiber Systems
will be formally integrated into Miranda as a product brand on January 1,
2013. The Telecast product line will be identified as Miranda Technologies’
Telecast Fiber Systems.

Telecast will become a featured product brand under the Miranda umbrella,
which now boasts the only solutions portfolio in the industry that connects
broadcast and related workflows from content acquisition through playout.

The integration of the Telecast solutions, which include fiber optic
camera-to-control connectivity and remote control capabilities, to the Miranda
