IRVINE, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/12/12 -- OleumTech names their newest member, David Southern as the Regional Sales Manager for the West.

David Southern's expertise is establishing leading teams in remote telemetry and SCADA solutions. His excellent team leadership skills throughout various managerial positions will be a valuable asset in the development of OleumTech's growing sales team.

Southern had 29 years of proven leadership in engineering, sales and management prior to joining OleumTech. His experience spans companies such as Schneider Electric, FreeWave Technologies and Applied Control Equipment. Southern managed regional sales activities in all industries related to remote telemetry and SCADA solutions. He achieved #1 Top Selling Region status for wireless products worldwide in recent years. Positions that Southern held include Product Development Manager, FAS Business Unit Manager, and Account Manager. Southern holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Engineering from Butte, Montana School of Mines. He resides in the Denver, Colorado area.
