"In my everyday life and practice, it is my belief that 'Passion' and
'Integrity' are the foundation for all success; 'Fair' and 'Care' are
essential principles of all successful leaders," said Weili Dai, Co-Founder of
Marvell. "I feel extremely honored and humbled to receive an award that
recognizes the critical role that women play both in business and at the
forefront in leading technology innovation. I am very thankful for the good
personal foundation provided by my parents and excellent education by my
teachers and professors. I feel very proud and fortunate to co-found Marvell,
one of the top five fabless semiconductor companies in the world today, and I
am extremely thankful for our great Marvell team and their contributions. It
is my belief that with women's own brand of passion, compassion and
commitment, we are the glue behind a strong company, family and a community. I
hope that this Award will encourage more women to bring their natural talents
to improving technology and making the world a better place through commerce."
