The following  prospectus  supplement has  been  approved by  the  UK  Listing 
Authority and is available for viewing:
Supplement dated 9 November 2012 (the "Supplement") to the prospectus dated 14
September 2012 relating to a EUR 12,500,000,000 Programme for the Issuance  of 
Debt Instruments with EDP - Energias de Portugal, S.A. and EDP Finance B.V. as
Issuers (the "Prospectus").
