                New Corporate Structure -Reduction of Capital

Man Group  plc  (the  "Company")  announces  that  the  reduction  of  capital 
confirmed by the Court  on 7 November 2012  has become effective. The  nominal 
value of each ordinary share in the Company has been reduced from 107 US cents
to 3^3/[7] US cents per share.

The new ISIN number for the Company's ordinary shares is: GB00B83VD954.
