Seven wide-ranging commercial-free holiday music channels to launch on
SiriusXM

Listeners will hear a variety of traditional holiday songs, classical
Christmas carols, Hanukkah music, country Christmas classics, contemporary
festive tunes, holiday soul music and Latin seasonal music

NEW YORK, Nov. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Sirius XM Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI) today
announced its wide-ranging holiday music lineup featuring seven
commercial-free specialty channels celebrating the holiday season.

SiriusXM's holiday music channels will offer listeners a variety of
traditional holiday songs, classical Christmas carols, Hanukkah music, country
Christmas classics, contemporary festive tunes, holiday soul music and Latin
seasonal music. 

SiriusXM's commercial-free holiday music channels will be available on
multiple satellite radio channels. They will also be available in the Holiday
category online on SiriusXM Internet Radio and via the SiriusXM Internet Radio
App for smartphones and other connected devices. Those channels that are
pre-empted on the satellite service for this holiday content will continue to
be available online and via the SiriusXM Internet Radio App on their regular
channel numbers.

SiriusXM's holiday channel lineup features:

Holiday Traditions (via satellite on channel 4 and SiriusXM Internet Radio
channel 755) will feature traditional holiday recordings from the '40s through
the '60s by artists such as Bing Crosby, Andy Williams, Ray Conniff and Nat
"King" Cole.
Tuesday, November 13—Monday, December 31

Holly (via satellite on channel 17 and SiriusXM Internet Radio channel 756)
will feature contemporary holiday music as well as traditional favorites,
including songs by Mariah Carey, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Whitney Houston,
Colbie Caillat, Josh Groban, the cast of Glee and Michael Buble.
Tuesday, November 13—Monday, December 31

Holiday Pops (via satellite on channel 75 and SiriusXM Internet Radio channel
757) will feature classical Christmas carols and holiday favorites performed
by the greatest classical musicians of all-time, including the Mormon
Tabernacle Choir, Luciano Pavarotti, New York Philharmonic, King's College
Choir, Boston Pops and Thomas Hampson.
Tuesday, December 4—Wednesday, December 26

Country Christmas (via satellite on channel 58 and SiriusXM Internet Radio
channel 758) will feature a wide-ranging assortment of country Christmas
music, including Garth Brooks, Carrie Underwood and Lady Antebellum.
Tuesday, December 4—Wednesday, December 26

Navidad (SiriusXM channel 501 and SiriusXM Internet Radio channel 760)  will
feature contemporary Latin holiday music and traditional sounds, including
Ricky Martin, Gloria Estefan, Jose Feliciano, Aventura, Marco Antonio Solis
and Christina Aguilera.
Tuesday, December 4—Monday, January 7
(Navidad will be available on SiriusXM Lynx, SiriusXM Edge and select Chrysler
vehicles)

Holiday Soul (via satellite on channel 49 and SiriusXM Internet Radio channel
759) will feature classic soul and Motown holiday music from the '60s and
'70s, and R&B holiday music from the '80s and '90s including Aretha Franklin,
Temptations, James Brown, Lou Rawls, Smokey Robinson & The Miracles, Dionne
Warwick, The Jackson 5, The Four Tops, The Supremes, The O'Jays, Gladys
Knight, Luther Vandross, Whitney Houston and Toni Braxton.

Radio Hanukkah (via satellite on channel 69 and SiriusXM Internet Radio
channel 761) will feature an extensive collection of Hanukkah music, including
contemporary, traditional and children's Hanukkah selections.
