    Admission to trading of INTER RAO UES' additional issues of shares at
                                  MICEX-RTS

 Moscow, November 02, 2012 - Open Joint Stock Company "INTER RAO UES"  ("INTER 
RAO UES", "Company", ticker on MICEX-RTS, LSE (Reg. S): IRAO; on LSE (Rule 144
A): IRAA), the largest diversified utilities holding in Russia, announces that
the Company has executed Agreements  with CJSC "MICEX Stock Exchange"  ("MICEX 
Stock Exchange") on inclusion and maintaining of securities in the MICEX Stock
Exchange Quotation  List "B"  of the  List of securities  admitted  to trading 
on the MICEX Stock Exchange.

Furthermore, in accordance with  the MICEX Stock  Exchange Rules for  listing, 
admission of securities to placement and trading, Rules of securities  trading 
issued by the MICEX Stock  Exchange, the following  securities of the  Company 
have been  admitted to  trading on  the MICEX Stock  Exchange  on November 02, 
2012 within Quotation List "B"  of the List of securities admitted  to trading 
on the MICEX Stock Exchange:

1.   Ordinary  registered   uncertified  shares  of   INTER  RAO  UES,   state 
registration number 1-03-33498-E-003D  as of September 11, 2012;

2.   Ordinary   registered  uncertified  shares   of  INTER  RAO  UES,   state 
registration number 1-03-33498-E-004D  as of September 11, 2012;

3.   Ordinary  registered   uncertified  shares   of  INTER  RAO  UES,   state 
registration number 1-03-33498-E-005D  as of September 11, 2012;

4.   Ordinary  registered   uncertified  shares  of   INTER  RAO  UES,   state 
registration number 1-03-33498-E-006D  as of September 11, 2012.

 

The expected date on which the said securities will start trading is  November 
09, 2012.
