ranked 3rd among Retail Energy Companies in Texas for overall customer
satisfaction in the J.D. Power and Associates 2012 Texas Residential Retail
Electric Provider Customer Satisfaction Study^SM.
The J.D. Power and Associates study measures customer satisfaction by
examining four key factors: pricing, billing and payment, communications and
