Keyera Announces Appointment of Steven Kroeker as Chief Financial Officer

CALGARY, Nov. 6, 2012 /CNW/ - Keyera Corp. (TSX: KEY) (TSX: KEY.DB.A) ("Keyera") today announced the appointment of Steven Kroeker as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective November 7, 2012. Mr. Kroeker currently serves as the Company's Vice President of Corporate Development.

In his new role, Mr. Kroeker will be responsible for Keyera's accounting, treasury, internal audit, corporate reporting and corporate development functions. Mr. Kroeker has 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including nine years in energy focused investment banking. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and an MBA from the Richard G. Ivey School of Business.
