Final dividend for the year ended 15 September 2012 

 

 

Further to the announcement released earlier today by Associated British Foods
plc (the 'Company') of its final results for the year ended 15 September 2012,
the Company confirms that a net final dividend of 20.0 pence per share will be
paid on 11 January 2013 to shareholders on the Company's register of members
at the close of business on 7 December 2012.

The Company operates a dividend reinvestment plan ('DRIP').  The final date
for receipt or withdrawal of elections under the DRIP will be 19 December
