As of 31 October  2012 there are  362,089,127 ordinary shares  in issue, of  1 
pence per share, each with one voting  right and there are no Treasury  shares 
in the  Company.  The  above  figure  may  be  used  by  shareholders  as  the 
denominator for the  calculations by  which they  will determine  if they  are 
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, blinkx
