   Total Voting Rights and Capital

 

 

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1,
Kingfisher plc ("the Company") notifies the market that as of 31 October 2012:

 

i)   the Company's issued  share capital consists  of 2,369,516,718   ordinary 
     shares of 15 5/7p each admitted to trading, and each with one vote;

      
ii)  no shares have been bought back and held in treasury by the Company; and

      
iii) the total number of shares in issue in the Company with voting rights  is 
     therefore 2,369,516,718 which  figure may  be used  by shareholders  (and 
     others  with  notification  obligations)  as  the  denominator  for   the 
     calculation by which they will determine  if they are required to  notify 
     their interest in, or  a change to their  interest in, the Company  under 
     the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
