Belden to Participate in UBS Conference and Host Investor Day

UBS Global Technology Conference being held in New York. John Stroup,
President & CEO, will present at 2:00 p.m. Eastern on November 15 and the
presentation will be webcast.

Belden will hold its annual analyst and investor day on Tuesday, December 11,

members of senior management, will present an overview of the business. A
