Aggreko plc has received  notification from Bill  Caplan, Director of  Aggreko 
plc, that on 30  October 2012, he  sold 1,000 Ordinary  shares of 13  ^549/775 
pence each, at a price of 2125 pence per share.

 

As a result, Mr  Caplan's interests in the  ordinary share capital of  Aggreko 
are 25,620 shares.
