were acknowledged as a 'Top 100 Best Global Brand' by Interbrand, while
locally the Rio sub-compact, available in sedan and 5-Door variants, was named
onto the Canadian Automotive Jury's 2013 'Best of the Best Finalist' list,
which awards a select number of top new vehicle offerings to Canadians for the
year."

In the month of October, Kia was recognized as a 'Top 100 Best Global Brand'
according to a study released by Interbrand, the world's largest brand
consultancy agency. Kia's brand value is estimated at $4.1 billion USD, which
firmly positions the automaker in the 87(th) position on the list.
